ILDI was founded from more than 20 years of practical work across plumbing, water systems, diagnostics, fault finding and leak investigations. Dennis teaches the thinking behind the tools: understand the system, test the strongest hypothesis and report only what the evidence supports.

01Is the ILDI Field Hub already open?+
Founding access is being prepared now. The first members will be invited in a controlled group so ILDI can establish useful discussions, clear standards and instructor support before opening more widely.
02Who is the community for?+
Leak investigators, plumbers, engineers, technicians, facility professionals, water-utility personnel and ILDI students who want to improve how they investigate, document and communicate water-loss problems.
03Will every training team have its own area?+
Yes. Cohort rooms are planned as private spaces for team-specific bonus material, photographs, assignments, instructor notes and follow-up discussion. Access will be limited to the relevant team and ILDI instructors.
04Can members upload real cases?+
Yes, within the community rules. Client names, addresses, identifiable properties and sensitive information must be removed unless the member has clear permission to share them.
